Ferrari will attend the prestigious Vinitaly in Verona on Sunday, 9th April, exhibiting our finest cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano “Prodotto di Montagna Progetto Qualità".
The Verona event was launched as an exhibition to display the excellent produce from the region, and Ferrari Formaggi of course exhibited its products.
Indeed, Parmigiano Reggiano “Prodotto di Montagna Progetto Qualità”owes its success to the region from which it originates. Produced in the Alta ValTaro and matured for a minimum of 24 months, it is made with superior quality mountain milk from cows fed with forage from selected mountain pastures. This is how the cheese derives all its goodness.
Ferrari Formaggi was among the first to join the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium “Progetto Qualità” (Quality Project), a project aimed at promoting this invaluable and limited product. The Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium stand (Sol & Agri-food Hall) will host Giovanni Ferrari's company as part of a daily rotation of various selected mountain cheese-makers.
At Vinitaly 2017, on the Parmigiano Reggiano stand in the Sol & Agri-food Hall, Ferrari Formaggi will exhibit its Parmigiano Reggiano “Prodotto di Montagna Progetto Qualità” to enable you to savour its unique quality and characteristics. We look forward to seeing you there!
